Rent Soundtrack

The rent soundtrack is amazing. With eight amazing people singing about life in the lower east side and the impact of AIDS makes this a CD to remember. It makes you want to reflect about life and how lucky we are. This amazing CD is also a tribute to Jonathan Larson, the creator of the hit musical RENT, who died days before the first performance on Broadway. I would recomend the RENT CD to anyone that loves music. Like in seasons in love, how do you measure your life?.......

Winter break has finally come to the surburbia I live in. 13 days of blissful freedom awaited me when I got home from school on tuesday. 13 different paths to take, 13 different journeys awaited me. Two holidays to cheer about (Christmas and New Years Day) during winter break. Countless hours doing last minute shopping, even more just relaxng and having fun during this so much needed break. 10 more days of winter break left...........

525,600 Minutes

Rent the Musical, talks about a group of friends in the Lower east side. In the movie, and the broadway version they have a song called "seasons of love". In the song they sing about 525,600 minutes in a year, and how amazing each moment each one. I love the meaning of the song. Imagine ever minute you spend in your life, enjoying it, and hoping for the next one.........That's the power of love, and that's what they sing so much about in seasons of love...........................
